
First Recipe: Fig Honey and Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
Two slices crusty whole-grain bread (the slice must be 1/2-inch thick)
Two tbsp. part-skim ricotta cheese
Two fresh fig or 2 dried, sliced
Two tsps. sliced almonds, toasted
One tsps. honey
Method
Bring toast bread and top with ricotta cheese, then figs and toasted almonds. Drizzle with honey.
Second Recipe: Fig with Almond Syrup and Kiri Cheese Toast
Ingredients
Two slices crusty whole-grain bread (the slice must be 1/2-inch thick)
Two Kiri cubes
Two fresh fig or 2 dried, sliced
Two tsps. sliced almonds, toasted
One tsps. of almond syrup
Method
Bring toast bread and top with Kiri cheese, then figs and toasted almonds. Drizzle with almond syrup
Third Recipe: Fig Jam with Almond and ricotta Cheese White Toast
Ingredients
Two slices crusty white bread (the slice must be 1/2-inch thick)
Two tbsp. part-skim ricotta cheese
Two tbsp fig jam
Two tsps. ground and toasted almonds with walnuts
Two fresh fig or 2 dried, sliced
Method
Bring toast bread and top with ricotta cheese, add almonds with walnuts then top with fig jam after that add the sliced fig.
Fourth Recipe: Fig Honey with Toast and Cream
Ingredients

Two tbsp. cream
Two tsps. ground and toasted almonds with walnuts
Two fresh fig or 3 dried, sliced
One tsps. honey
Method
Bring toast bread and top with cream, add almonds with walnuts after that add the sliced fig. Drizzle with honey
