Cold Mango Dessert with Oats & Chia Recipe

How to Make Cold mango dessert with oats

 

Ingredients: 

¼ Cup of oat
3 Tablespoons of chia
A cup and a half of almond milk
½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon + extra for sprinkling
Half a cup of natural yogurt
1 Large mango, peeled, sliced
2 Tablespoons of sliced ​​almonds
3 Tablespoons of white honey
2 Tablespoons chopped almonds (optional)

 

Method:

  • Mix the oats and chia in a bowl, pour the milk and add the cinnamon and stir to combine, cover the bowl with a plastic bag and put it in the fridge overnight.
  • Divide the oats mixture between two bowls, put the yogurt on top of each, with the mango and almonds, and sprinkle with cinnamon and honey.
