How to make a mango smoothie
1 Cup mango cut into cubes
Half a cup of ice cubes.
2 Cups of fat-free milk.
A Quarter cup of mango or strawberry sauce.
4 Tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
1 Teaspoon vanilla
- Put all ingredients in a blender, except for the strawberry sauce and ice cubes, and mix well.
- Bring serving cups and add a little sauce, then add mango smoothie, ice cubes and sauce.
- Serve the mango smoothie cold.
