2 Mango Smoothie Recipes

How to make a mango smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup mango cut into cubes
Half a cup of ice cubes.
2 Cups of fat-free milk.
A Quarter cup of mango or strawberry sauce.
4 Tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
1 Teaspoon vanilla

 

Method:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender, except for the strawberry sauce and ice cubes, and mix well.
  • Bring serving cups and add a little sauce, then add mango smoothie, ice cubes and sauce.
  • Serve the mango smoothie cold.
