How to make green bean salad
Ingredients:
Half a kilo of boiled green beans
1 Red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 Green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 Medium onion, sliced thin
¼ Kilo boiled white beans
4 Tablespoons of sugar
3 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Method:
- Use a deep bowl and add vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, oil and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the chopped vegetables and the rest of the ingredients and mix well, then put the salad in the refrigerator and serve next to the main dish.
