The Introduction:

Housewives are constantly seeking out various dishes to present to their family members in order to prevent monotony. Additionally, they have a keen interest in discovering effortless and uncomplicated recipes that are enjoyed by every member of their household.

Ingredients:

 Lasagna slices

 500 grams of minced meat

 Two large onions, chopped

 A tablespoon of minced garlic

A cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

 A cup of tomato sauce

 A tablespoon of tomato paste

100 grams of butter

A teaspoon of basil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

A pinch of salt

Bechamel Ingredients:

A cup of flour

4 cups of milk

150 grams of butter

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. To prepare the bechamel sauce, start by placing a pot on the stove. Melt the cubes of butter in the pot and then add the flour. Stir the mixture using a wooden spoon until all the butter is fully absorbed.
  2. Slowly pour the milk into the mixture while stirring continuously to prevent any lumps from forming in the bechamel sauce. Once the mixture is smooth and consistent, remove from heat and season with black pepper and salt.
  3. For the lasagna filling, place an additional pot over the heat, melt the butter cubes within it, then incorporate the onions and chopped garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Cook the meat until it undergoes a color change, then proceed to season it with cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. Ensure to mix thoroughly.
  5. Incorporate tomato sauce and tomato paste, pour water over the meat, and simmer on low heat while stirring occasionally until the meat is fully cooked. Then, remove from heat.
  6. Get a glass oven tray and pour a layer of béchamel sauce onto it. Next, cover the sauce with a layer of lasagna slices. Distribute a layer of filling evenly over the lasagna slices, and then add another layer of béchamel sauce on top. Finish it off by adding a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process until you have used up all the ingredients.
  7. Add a generous amount of Parmesan cheese over the surface, then transfer the tray into the oven and allow it to bake for a duration of 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the oven and serve it while it is still hot.
