
How to make lollipops
Ingredients:
Wooden sticks or plastic sticks for lollipops
3 cups of sugar
A cup and a half of water
juice of half a lemon
Two tablespoons of rose water
Food coloring (as desired)
Method:
- Put the sugar in a saucepan over a low heat and add the water to it without stirring until it boils
- We add the juice of half a lemon and leave it on the fire to boil over a low heat and test it by taking a little of the mixture, and putting it in a little cold water and in case it freezes and becomes like a glass, then we add rose water. But in the event that it does not give us the texture of the glass, we leave it on a low heat for 10 minutes or more time, and then we repeat the experiment until we get the texture of the glass.
- We bring wooden or plastic sticks and put them on butter paper and use the spoon to put the candy on part of the sticks in the form of a circle and leave them to dry and then cover them.
