Fish Burger Recipe

Fish is a nutritious food rich in omega-3 essential for a healthy body, and fish is one of the important meals to eat, especially for children during the study period because it helps focus and speed academic achievement.

 

Ingredients
Half a kilo of fish fillet
¼ cup white flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon “teaspoon” salt
1 teaspoon “teaspoon” fish seasoning
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon “teaspoon” onion powder
Half a teaspoon “teaspoon” garlic powder
frying oil

 

To cover:
rusk (breadcrumbs)
2 scrambled eggs

 

Preparation steps

We bring the mincer and put the fish, eggs and flour, and mince the fish well

Season the fish mixture with salt, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and fish spices, and mix well.

We form the fish mixture in the form of medium-sized discs.

Put the beaten eggs in a bowl, and the breadcrumbs in a wide, flat dish.

Dip the fish discs in the eggs on both sides, then put them in the breadcrumbs to cover them completely.

Arrange the fish burger in a wide tray, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

In a wide skillet over medium heat, put the oil until it gets hot.

Fry the burger in the oil, and flip it on both sides until it turns golden.

We serve fish burger with bread, lettuce slices, tomatoes and French fries.
