How to Make White Cheese Salad for Diet
½ Cup chopped lettuce
½ Cup cubed white cheese
1 Cucumber diced
1 Tomato cut into cubes
1 Green bell pepper cut into cubes
1 Red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 Yellow bell pepper cut into cubes
1 Onion diced
¼ Cup black olives or sliced black olives
Juice of 1 lemon
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
Pinch of black pepper
½ Teaspoon salt (to taste)
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper and white vinegar and stir the salad dressing well until the ingredients are completely mixed.
- Add the dressing over the vegetables and stir well until the vegetables are well mix.
- Put the salad on a serving plate and put the cubes of white cheese on top, so that it is ready to be served.
