Marinated Tomato Salad Recipe

Egyptian Tomato Salad with Garlic & Cumin Recipe


6 Tomatoes
Half a cup of white vinegar
¼ cup water
¼ cup crushed garlic
A quarter cup of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
¼ Cup chopped parsley



  • In a deep bowl, put vinegar, water, mashed garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin and parsley, then mix them well.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices, then add them to the seasoning, mix well and put in the refrigerator and serve the salad with different fish dishes, whether grilled, or fried.
