How to Make Oven-Roasted Tomato Sandwich Recipe with Garlic?
One kilo of washed cherry tomatoes
A quarter cup of olive oil
Salt and black pepper as desired
A quarter cup of peeled and chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons of fresh green thyme
A quarter cup of white cream cheese
4 Avocados, peeled and sliced
A quarter kilo of pepperoni slices (optional)
Baguette or any type of bread you like
- Add tomatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic to the baking tray.
- Place the tray in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the tomatoes are cooked.
- Cut the bread into equal slices, then put the salami slices, then the white cheese, then the avocado slices, then the grilled tomatoes.
- It is served as breakfast or dinner.
You can use ِ Arabic flat breads instead of baguettes and put the filling on them, then roll them.
