How to make soy sauce
Ingredients:
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup red grape vinegar
1 Tablespoon crushed ginger
Black pepper salt (to taste)
1 Cup beef broth (soup)
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
2 Tablespoons black honey (molasse)
Method:
- Put a pot on medium heat and add a cup of meat broth (soup) with a tablespoon of ground ginger, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture well, add red vinegar, a tablespoon of white vinegar, brown sugar, and molasses and continue stirring until the ingredients melt together.
- Leave the mixture on the fire until it boils and becomes thick texture. Turn off the heat, leave the soy sauce to cool completely, and put it in an airtight glass container, and keep it in the refrigerator, until it’s time to use it.
