Ingredients:
1 Cup boiled chickpeas
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 Chopped cucumber
2 Chopped tomatoes
¼ Cup chopped parsley
¼ Cup chopped olives (to taste)
2 Tablespoons cumin
Juice of one large lemon
¼ Teaspoon salt (to taste)
½ Teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
¼ Teaspoon chili (to taste)
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
