Pudding with Cocoa Recipe

Chocolate Mihallabiya Recipe

Ingredients: 

4 Cups liquid milk
¾ Cup sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
Pistachio for garnish

Preparation:

If you want to make pudding with cocoa then you can add 2 spoons of cocoa after putting the milk over heat. Use manual mixer to melt the cocoa then add sugar and make sure that all are molten before adding starch.

Melt the starch powder with some water then add it gradually to the milk mixture and stir regularly until you get a thick mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir the mixture over low heat to be thick.

Spread the pudding over glasses then keep it in the refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours.
