Beef With Tomatoes Stew Recipe

Beef Casserole with Tomatoes & Onions Recipe

How to make beef casserole with tomatoes and onions



A kilo of veal meat, cubes
½ cup diced onion
4 Tomatoes cut into cubes
Quarter cup of sauce
Quarter of a teaspoon of cardamom powder
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste



  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onions, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the meat and stir until it changes color, then add the spices, salt, black pepper and cardamom and stir well.
  3. Add tomatoes. Reduce the heat and leave the meat until tender.
  4. Pour the meat into a serving dish, and serve it hot with rice or bread.
