How to make beef casserole with tomatoes and onions
A kilo of veal meat, cubes
½ cup diced onion
4 Tomatoes cut into cubes
Quarter cup of sauce
Quarter of a teaspoon of cardamom powder
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onions, stirring occasionally.
- Add the meat and stir until it changes color, then add the spices, salt, black pepper and cardamom and stir well.
- Add tomatoes. Reduce the heat and leave the meat until tender.
- Pour the meat into a serving dish, and serve it hot with rice or bread.
