Cheddar Cheese Sauce Recipe

Cheddar Cheese Sauce Recipe for Fries & Pasta

How to make cheddar cheese sauce



3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Liter full fat milk
1/3 Kg shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 Kg shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 Teaspoon turmeric to give yellow color
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon cheddar cheese powder
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper



  • Put the pot on medium heat, add butter and flour, stir for half a minute, then add milk and stir well until it boils.
  • Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese and stir with a hand mixer until the cheese melts, then add turmeric, salt, black pepper, and cheddar cheese powder and continue stirring until the texture becomes thick.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and serve alongside French fries, hamburgers or pasta.
