Concentrated peach juice
2 kilos of peaches
A kilo and a half of coarse sugar
juice of one lemon
Soak peaches with sugar in a clay pot for 12 hours.
Stir from time to time, and strain the peach juice into a cheesecloth, then add lemon juice to the juice
Leave it on a medium heat until it boils for 20 minutes.
Leave the peach juice to cool and then put it in a clean bottle with a tight lid.
The second way to make concentrated peach juice
1 kg peaches, washed and chopped
3 and a half cups of sugar
Drops of orange food coloring (optional)
1- Put the peaches in a blender and mix well.
2- Put the sugar in a saucepan on a medium heat, then add the mixed peaches directly on it, stir, remove the foam, and repeat the process for 10 minutes.
3- Then add the orange food color and lemon juice and stir for a few minutes.
4- Leave to cool, strain the peach juice, then put in an airtight bottle and put in the refrigerator.
How to Prepare The Concentrated Peach Juice Recipe for Serving:
3 tablespoons of juice per glass of water with ice cubes.
The shelf life of this juice is from (3-5) months and can be kept in the freezer.
