How to make easy beetroot salad at home
4 beets, boiled and sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
Quarter teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup of white vinegar
¼ cup water
quarter tea spoon of black Peper
Healthy beet salad
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients except the beets and mix them well to prepare the sauce.
- Add the beets to the sauce and stir well, then put the beet salad in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
- You can decorate the serving plate with any kind of vegetables, yellow corn, or nuts and serve cold
