Syrian Kafta Aldelkosh Recipe



¼ Cup grated alquraish cheese
a single grain of potatoes boiled and mashed
Pinch of turmeric

Pinch of salt
Pinch of chilli
Pinch of cumin
Little the minced coriander
Little the minced Mint



Little oil
Its minced onion ¼
¼ Cup of milk
¼ teaspoon saffron
¼ Tsp ginger/garlic paste
Pinch of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon allibani cream
Raisins, toasted
Minced Mint


Method of preparation
1. mix the sauce ingredients together then constituting small balls (3 or 4 balls)
2. a small hole in each ball and stuffed with almonds and raisins the roast and then shuts down
3. turn the balls in flour and then Fry in oil until golden color
