Ingredients:
1 Kilo potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
Frying oil
Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Cup milk
½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper as needed
Yellow food color
Method:
- Fry the potato fingers in the oil and drain the oil completely.
- Put the butter in a small saucepan on the fire, then add the flour and continue to stir, then add the milk and leave it on a medium heat until it boils while continuing to stir.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, then sprinkle the cheddar, mozzarella and food color, and stir the ingredients until the cheese melts completely.
- Put the potatoes in a serving dish, then add the cheese sauce on top, so the crispy cheese fries are ready to be served.
