Mushroom with Tomato Salad Recipe

Fresh & Easy Mushroom with Tomato Salad Recipe


A cup of sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Green bell peppers, finely chopped
4 Green onions, finely chopped
1 Finely chopped tomato
2 Tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
One lemon juice
4 Tablespoons of olive oil
A pinch of white pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of vegetable oil



  • Use a pan and put it on a medium heat, add the vegetable oil, then add the sliced mushrooms, sprinkle salt and black pepper as desired, and stir the mushrooms on the stove for 5 minutes.
  • Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl, then add the rest of the vegetables: green peppers, onions, parsley, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt to taste.
  • Mix the vegetables in the bowl well, then serve.
