
How to make coconut milk at home in quick steps
Ingredients:
Two cups of water.
Two cups of shredded coconut.
Method:
- In a deep bowl, shredded coconut is soaked in water for at least 12 to 24 hours.
- Use an electric mixer to mix the coconut with the water soaked in it and mix them well.
- Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth and put it in a clean bottle with a tight lid.
- Coconut milk can be kept in the refrigerator until it is time to use it.
Note:
Coconut milk can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or it can be kept in the freezer for months.
