How to make a biscuit and strawberry parfait
Two packages of strawberry jelly
Two cups of whipped cream
One cup of boiling water
Half a kilo of strawberries, sliced
A packet of crumbled biscuits
Making Desserts – Strawberry Parfait
- Melt strawberry jelly in boiling water and add ice cubes until we get a homogeneous mixture, then remove the remaining ice cubes.
- We pour half of the amount of gelatin that we prepared into the serving cups and put it in the refrigerator, while the remaining part we leave it outside the refrigerator.
- When the gelatin hardens well, we take it out of the refrigerator and add a layer of crumbled biscuits on top, then another layer of strawberry pieces.
- Pour the rest of the jelly over the strawberries, then decorate the cups with whipped cream and strawberry pieces. You can add grated chocolate, ground pistachios or any other type of nuts and serve cold.
