Homemade Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
3 Packs of chocolate biscuits
4 Tablespoons white honey
50 Grams of melted butter
250 Grams of liquid chocolate
250 Grams of cream cheese
3/4 Cup sugar
½ Cup fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Chocolate, grated or liquid, for garnish (optional)
Half a cup of liquid gelatin
1 Cup of yogurt
Half a cup of whipped cream
Put the biscuits in the electric mixer until it becomes smooth, and mix it with butter and honey until homogeneous, then put it in the cheesecake tray.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, yogurt and whipped cream until well blended.
Add the liquid chocolate, then add the gelatin.
Add the mixture over the chocolate biscuit base and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
When serving the cheesecake decorate the face with chopped strawberries and liquid chocolate.
