Spicy Potato Salad with Chili & Hot Sauce Recipe

How to Make Egyptian Spicy Potato Salad Recipe

 

Ingredients:

5 Large potatoes, cut into cubes and fried
Half  cup of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon hot sauce
2 Large spoons crushed garlic
Half a cup of chopped coriander
Large spoon of pomegranate molasses
Salt and black pepper
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Teaspoon crushed chili
1 Teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Method:

In a saucepan over a medium heat, put oil, add garlic, then hot sauce, then put lemon juice, salt, black pepper and the rest of the spices and remove from the fire, then put chopped coriander, pomegranate molasses, and stir, then put the potatoes and stir them well, then serve hot next to the main dish.
