Green Tea Smoothie Recipe with Coconut Milk & Spinach

Healthy Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup of cold coconut milk

2 Bananas

1 Cup chopped spinach

4 Tablespoons of green tea

1 Mango, peeled, diced and frozen

 

Method:

  • Put the coconut milk in the electric mixer
  • Add green tea and spinach and mix
  • Add the mango, banana, then mix until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into cups and serve immediately.
