2 Recipes for Shrimp Salad with Vegetables and Grains

2 Ways to Make Shrimp Salad with Bulgur & White Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons olive oil
300 gm Boiled peeled shrimp
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
½ Cup lettuce
¼ Cup chopped tomatoes
¼ Cup chopped avocado
¼ Cup white cheese
¼ Cup black olives
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of mustard
½ Cup chopped parsley
¼ Cup green onions
¼ Cup chopped radish
½ Cup cold cooked bulgur
¼ Cup chopped arugula

 

Method:

  1. Use a deep bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mustard and mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the same bowl and mix well, then put in the refrigerator for an hour and serve cold shrimp salad.
