
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons olive oil
300 gm Boiled peeled shrimp
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
½ Cup lettuce
¼ Cup chopped tomatoes
¼ Cup chopped avocado
¼ Cup white cheese
¼ Cup black olives
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of mustard
½ Cup chopped parsley
¼ Cup green onions
¼ Cup chopped radish
½ Cup cold cooked bulgur
¼ Cup chopped arugula
Method:
- Use a deep bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mustard and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in the same bowl and mix well, then put in the refrigerator for an hour and serve cold shrimp salad.
